喀麦隆2016年9月1日起强制执行AOC认证,COC认证

2016年9月1日起，Attestation of Conformity，简称AoC证书即将强制执行；

规定内的产品必须由出口商提出申请办理好AOC认证证书，凭借办理好的AOC证书再向ANOR申请办理COC证书。

规定中的产品到港之后，如果没有COC证书清关即将面临罚款。

Importers of Regulated Product shipments arriving at Cameroon Borders and Ports with a B/L or AWB dated 31st August 2016 onwards without CoCs will face a penalty fee for the clearance of the shipment. It is strongly recommended that Importers should obtain a copy of the CoC from their Exporters before they ship regulated product shipments.

The Regulated Products under PECAE are as follows:

2. 建筑工程材料

 Construction Materials (e.g. Steel sheet and alloys)
3. 石油产品

Petroleum products
4. 所有化妆品

All Cosmetics
5. 纸制品

Paper products (i.e. School books)
6. 气缸

Gas cylinders
